The user acknowledges and accepts that STARTMYCOMPANY.INFO acts as a provider of administrative support services and not as an employer, agent, tax representative, or business partner of the user. The user remains solely responsible for their professional activity, relationships with their clients, and compliance with every tax, social security, and legal obligation. Using the service does not in any way create an employment relationship, agency, or partnership with STARTMYCOMPANY.INFO. Registration and User Account 2.1 User Obligations. To access the services, registration and the creation of an account are required. The user agrees to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain it as such throughout the duration of the relationship. The user guarantees that the activity they intend to carry out through our service is lawful and complies with all applicable regulations. 2.2 Account Security. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their access credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur through their account. In case of unauthorized use, the user agrees to immediately inform STARTMYCOMPANY.INFO. Use of the Site and Services 3.1 User Conduct. The user agrees to use the Site and services in a lawful, correct manner and in compliance with these T&C, applicable laws, and good faith. 3.2 Prohibited Activities. Company Rental and Invoicing Services 4.1 Service Conditions. STARTMYCOMPANY.INFO commits to providing services with the utmost professional diligence. Nevertheless, we do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Responsibility for any invoicing errors or delays attributable to STARTMYCOMPANY.INFO will be limited to reissuing the invoice or providing a service credit, without the user being able to make further claims for damages. 4.4 Suspension and Termination of Service. STARTMYCOMPANY.INFO reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service, with or without notice, in case of non-payment, violation of these T&C or the specific contract, or if the user's activity is illegal or suspicious. Prices and Payments 5.1 Prices. The prices of services, including any percentage of turnover, will be communicated to the user before signing specific contracts and may be subject to change. 5.2 Payment Methods. Payment methods will be established in individual contracts. Failure to pay for services according to the agreed terms may result in the suspension or interruption of services, in addition to the application of late payment interest as provided by law. Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, graphics, software, and source code, is the property of STARTMYCOMPANY.INFO or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or any other use of the contents without our express written consent is prohibited. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity 7.1 Limitation of Liability. Changes to Terms and Conditions STARTMYCOMPANY.INFO reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time at its discretion. Changes will be effective from the moment of their publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance thereof. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction These T&C are governed by American law (United States). For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these T&C, the Court of Wilmington (DE), United States of America, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
